I have not decided to sell yet so I have not done the research with regard to the prices. If I do I will. I think from my post it is quite clear what my intention is. Thank you for your comments nonetheless.

That was a mistake. I don't frequent this section as much as you do. Thanks for pointing that out. It would have been far clearer if you kindly pointed that out from the outset.
