Franklin-Christoph 40 Pocket in Fire and Ice w/steel fine SIG Nib

I'm considering selling an excellent condition long discontinued F-C 40 pocket in fire and ice. It has a steel fine SIG nib. The fire refers to the cherry red finial on the pen. I'm trying to gauge interest out there. I can part with the pen for $135, shipping included. Pen does not come with box. I will include F-C cards for the pen and nib. CONUS and PayPal only. No trades, please. For an additional $10, I can include a single pen sleeve from F-C that was made to fit this pen and their model 45 in the saddle boot brown finish. There are pictures below. Is this the Pocket 40, or the 40 Panther? Maybe photos would help determine which '40' model this pen is?
