Danitrio Takumi - REDUCED to $650

http://i.imgur.com/CQCGZhMl.jpg

- This pen is from Danitrio's Colors of the Garden Series. This particular urushi finish is called "Blueberry."

- Like new condition (inked a handful of times)

- 18K Fine fireball nib (tuned by Mike Masuyama)

- Purchased from Chatterley Luxuries and tuned by Mike Masuyama at the 2016 DC Pen Show

- This pen is on the larger side; however, it's on the smaller end of the spectrum for Danitrio's. The relatively smaller section makes it a very usable writer. I've included some comparison pictures with a Pelikan M805.

- Includes converter and box.

- I'm new to this forum, but I've sold several pens on the Pen Addict Slack channel under this same username (cwlynch). Feel free to inquire there for reassurance in your purchase.

- $650 shipped via USPS priority with signature confirmation. I'm pretty firm on the price, but open to reasonable negotiation.

What does a fireball nib do? I haven't heard the term before.

Nothing apart from aesthetics. The older Danitrio's had a "T" style nib. I've heard some say that the fireball ones tend to be on the softer side, but this one leans toward firm.

I've purchased from cwlynch before and the pen was as promised and he was great to deal with!

Duh. I should have looked closer at the picture of the nib. I was paying so much attention to the tip I completely missed the fireball.
