Thank You for offering all of these different filling systems - the draw filler and pump filler vie for first place with me so far:)

I also really appreciate the lesson on static friction. I have a couple of pens with this issue and never knew why it happened.
I always thought that I may not have gotten enough silicone grease in there ...
I just tried the twist approach on the pump and it worked:D Thank You!
