Wancher/Engeika's House Fountain Brand in blue/sapphire. These pens can be used as an eyedropper or as a converter cartridge pen. In the box, the pen comes with an eyedropper conversion kit. I call it blue... but Engeika also calls it Sapphire... In addition to the ability to use the pen as an eyedropper or a cartridge converter, the pen also features a "DOUBLE COMPACT" seal which is supposed to keep the cap airtight, preventing dry out. The system includes the conventional cap seal but also an o ring to stop dry outs. I don't know how well this system will work compared to the platinum seals but it should work well.
The blue one, I think is particularly nice and matches the various blue inks available and black or purple inks inks. I have never used the pen and the pen is completely new.
The pen comes with a Fine Nib and I think its a JoWo. The Engika Price is $75 dollars and takes months to ship.
