I saw it in a description of an M200. Could it be for green transparent?

I concede. Gold Trim makes sense. I didn't think it was the Gran Turismo version!

Your link is for an M150. The M150 which is the same as the M100. The M150 has a gold trim (GT) and the M100 is silver trim.
