Sorry if posting about a ballpoint is inappropriate here, but I feel I am close to being out of options for this.

I am trying to find a refill for a 1970s Pilot Black Stripe ballpoint. Does any one know if there is such a refill and where it can be bought?

What about a rollerball refill and a felt tip refill - also for the respective Pilot Black Stripes? I did see a ten year old blog from MYU advising that a Schmidt #5022 would work for the felt tip after a little shaving on the plastic, but sadly, I cannot find those refills.

I love my Pilot Custom Black Stripe (see, there is a reference to a FP) and would like to get the set functional.

You could try emailing Mike Dudek at the clicky post as he has been collecting and using Pilot Black stripes including ballpoint and felt tip http://clickypost.com/contact/

Many Thanks for that. Mike turned out to be who I needed to ask.

If anyone else is looking, the ballpoint takes a Pilot BRFN-30. Limited number of stores appear to stock it outside Japan, but Google should find some for you.

The felt liner works with a Schmidt #6060 Fineliner. It sticks out a little more than the Pilot original, but works. I plan to se if there is a way to modify it when I receive my order.
