This is the famous and difficult to find on the market anymore. The faceted version of the Pilot Capless (that's what Vanishing Point is called in Japan). It bears the PILOT brand on the clip.
The nib unit is a Fine marked 491 (April of 1991 manufacturing date), a crisp, and consistent writer and sketcher pen. And what a sketching pen it is:
