I have struggled to find when this exactly was sold by Pelican, but from I can tell it is a 1990s Pelikan M400 with gold nib. I don't know if was ever inked before me, but I dipped it and it is a beautiful writer. It really should be with someone who appreciates the whole package and its uniqueness. I also like fine and extra-fine nibs.
Comes with the box, ink, and pen. Another pen person posted this on eBay for $1000. I don't know if that is the market value. I am asking $400 obo, or a trade for something that i would use in my collection (Visconti, Montegrappa, Pelikan, Sailor, etc).
