A few questions:
1. In the closeup, the left tine is shorter than the right tine. Is that correct?
2. How would you characterize wetness? And with what ink is that?
3. Where are you located?

There is no damage to the nib. It writes very smoothly. Hard to decribe the wetness because everyone has a different opinion. I don’t believe this pen was designed to compete with a old style flex pen. However, due to the large 18K nib it does have very nature flex and has a wet line. The ink is one of the pilot blues. Located in Mobile, AL USA
