Pictures are from the Ebay listings I bought the pens from - I'm happy to take more if you ask.

So I've got a PFM II and V for sale or trade. I have confirmed trades over at r/pen_swap on Reddit to confirm that I'm reputable.

The II has a very firm nib and writes a fine line and maybe 7/10 wetness? The nib is very firm, but not like some of the older Sheaffers that are complete nails. This one honestly feels identical to a Jowo in terms of stiffness. Quite a bit of feedback, but it's perfectly aligned. It's black with a PdAg nib and steel cap. Very nice looking pen, Richard Binder actually specifically compliments the appearance of the black II on his website.

The V is pretty similar. Writes a fine line, I'd say 8/10 wetness, but this nib is soft. That's why I'm trying to get rid of it, actually. I like nails and I like flex, but I'm not a fan of soft nibs. You can get some decent line variation out of this one without pushing it far (I'm conservative with my flex, I don't push my nibs to the breaking point. No 3mm flex for me) but it's definitely not semiflex. Just soft. This one is blue with the proper V gold filled cap (with short stripes on the cap, not long ones) and gold filled blind cap.

Both pens are user grade but in great working condition. Freshly restored by the people I bought them from and I've done a bit of nib tuning on the V. The V reverse writes decently, but it's really just a slightly drier version of the same fine line.

The V is a bit beat up. There's microscratching (desk wear) and a couple of actual scratches that are an inch long or less and not very deep or noticeable unless you look. There's also a little tarnish on the cap (three small spots, smaller than the size of a freckle) and a tiny spot of brassing on the blind cap. The tarnish can easily be polished out, I just haven't gotten to it yet.

The II is in more or less perfect aesthetic condition other than some microscratching/desk wear.

The only semi-functional problem the pens have is the typical plastic shrinking. Very common on PFMs, and these are both pretty minor cases. The caps have just a tiny bit of wobble when they're capped. They're 100% secure, but it might bug you a little. The II's cap has the same wobble when posted. It posts deeply and securely, and you probably won't notice it - but it's there. Wobbles by about 0.5 mm if you push on it. The V's cap posts perfectly.

Almost forgot - the nib, feed, and snorkel are misaligned in the II. This is an easy fix, but it doesn't bother me so I haven't fixed it. Not like you look at the feed while you're using it, and it fills perfectly.

For the II, I'm asking $200 or trades.

For the V, I'm asking $320 or trades.

Prices include shipping in the CONUS, for international sales, shipping is at cost.

I'll toss a Speedball fountain pen with a 1.9 mm italic in if want it. Sells for ~$10 on Amazon.

Offers may be considered.

I'm willing to do partial trades for both, and I can add cash to my end if necessary.

For trades, I'm interested in:
