I'm a fan of Edison and Japanese pens, and those are the pens I own.

What works for me is to keep my pen collection less than 12 in total.

I'm more interested in sharing thoughtful information and experience,
rather than jumping into popular pools. The recent nib tuning/smoothing
seminar that FPGeeks hosted with Brian Gray suggests this is an informative,
hopefully thoughtful, place.

I remember when FPgeeks was first formed, and it's been amazing to
see it's evolution. Due to time constraints, I've only "done" one pen forum
and thus never joined... And so, now this perhaps will be that one forum.
Time will tell, ay?

Good to see some friends here.

Cheers,
Julie

Hi. I think that you are the author of one of my favorite pen blogs, and if you are, thanks for that. Also thanks for your post in the popcorn thread. I always appreciate your thoughtful writing, and learn from its honesty and grace .

Welcome! You once made an encouraging comment on a thread where I posted my first ever pen review. Thanks, and I hope I can return the favor one day.
