I have an old Japanese glass nib pen - needs repair

Hey all,

I have an old Japanese glass nib pen - needs repair. In the cap, the inside ring to prevent the glass nib from contacting the end of the cap fell out the other day. It looks to be a ring on the inside of the cap.

Any idea of a good repair person still around? I know a bunch of folks stopped doing work.
