For sale I have 3 Visconti's travelling inkpots,
1. Traditional / Modern Travelling ink pot - used - $40, cleaned through the ultrasonic cleaner and ready to go. I do have the cardboard box but dont have the pipette
2. Vintage travelling ink pot medium and Large . As far as I know they travelling inkpots in their beginnings came in three sizes (I have had three sizes and dont know of more), these is the medium and large size. These inkpots used a double chamber system ( one chamber is the clear part ) that it was designed to keep the ink separate from where you dip the pen to get inked. This helped keep the ink sealed from air and other elements and if you used at that point ink tablets you could put some distilled water on the ink chamber with a tablet and let it dissolve there. That being said althoguh they are functional inkpots, I have not used them as I kept them more of a collector piece. The medium one comes with the old school ragtime clip and the large with the visconti logo on top on a gold plated medallion and a leather sleeve . 60$ for the pair they come with box and papers (one has an ink tablet in it still)
