I'd like to share my experience that took place with mcmck (https://fpgeeks.com/forum/member.php/10462-mcmck) Now first to clarify, this was an eBay auction, but after the way everything went I asked if they were a member of FPN so that I could post a laudatory post. They informed me that they weren't but that they were on FPgeeks. So here I am... first post and I firstly joined to share with their peers what a fine individual they are. I've not met nor spoken to mcmck (https://fpgeeks.com/forum/member.php/10462-mcmck) short for the 100 character messages that eBay allows... so with that explanation, here's my experience.

I had bid and won on two different lots of ink:

Noodlers Apache Sunset (98% full)
Diamine 150th Anniversary 1864 Blue-Black (new)
Montblanc Toffee Brown (new)
Pelikan Edelstein Garnet Ink Catridges (1 pack)
KWZ Maroon #2 (new)
Noodlers Antietam (98% full)
Pelikan Edelstein Aquamarine (98% full)
Pelikan Edelstein Onyx--without box (98% full)
J Herbin Stormy Grey (98% full)
Sailor Jentle Yami-dori ink (new)
Diamine Blaze Orange (30ml bottle) (new)
Montblanc Pink Ink Catridges (1 pack)
Montblanc UNICEF Blue Ink Cartridges (1 pack)
KWZ IG Blue-Black (new)
KWZ IG Turquoise (98% full)

-I'd post pictures, but it's really not relevant to the story and.... I'm long winded. Please indulge since it's my first post and it's about a member here on FPG.

So firstly, my wife had ruptured her achilles' tendon the same night that the auction closed. It took me two to three days to pay, but was in communication with mcmck (https://fpgeeks.com/forum/member.php/10462-mcmck) the whole time and there was nothing but understanding for my situation with driving back and forth from the very NW Corner of Tennessee to Vanderbilt Medical Center. There immediately following the inks were shipped and arrived in a timely manner. Secondly, each and every item was individually wrapped and packaged perfectly with no leaks. (As many of you may know KWZ caps suck and are prone to leaking [especially IG inks]). The KWZ inks were taped off and sealed as best as can be done and there weren't issues.

Now thirdly, there was a lot of work that went into that packaging, communication, and shipping wasn't cheap. The only issue was that the last item I listed (KWZ IG turquoise) that was in the KWZ IG Turquoise box wrapped well was in fact a different ink. Though I had been excited about an IG Turquoise, my immediate concern was that the ink was miss matched in someone else's order or something that could give mcmck (https://fpgeeks.com/forum/member.php/10462-mcmck) two problems instead of one. And while I knew I'm a 'roll with the punches' kind of guy, many eBay shoppers are not so understanding (ugh). I contacted mcmck (https://fpgeeks.com/forum/member.php/10462-mcmck) and they immediately gave me some options of some other inks to 'make it right'. They told me to keep the mixed up ink, and sent me free of charge another bottle of ink at their own expense.

McMck (https://fpgeeks.com/forum/member.php/10462-mcmck) should be recognised for their efforts above and beyond and swift effort to make a happy customer. Sure I wanted the Turquoise IG, but I got something better; a seller I have saved and will patronize at any opportunity were our mutual needs align. My theory for many years especially while serving as a Marine Corps Officer for 23 years where you sacrifice many of your 'rights', namely freedoms of speech/expression with regard to politics/elected office: that the best vote I have as an American is my hard won dollar. I vote with them deliberately; patronizing small and local where I can and avoiding companies whose values/ideology don't align with mine. McMck's (https://fpgeeks.com/forum/member.php/10462-mcmck) certainly do and I highly recommend to all that they seek out opportunities to purchase from them.

Now I'm a noob on FPG's and I've noticed that this is mainly an online bazaar for all things that write. That's fine and there's certainly a place for you all in the industry. I personally prefer more reviews and exchange of ideas, but the whole FP community are basically good well intentioned people who do a whole lot to help each other. From a buyers perspctive,
mcmck (https://fpgeeks.com/forum/member.php/10462-mcmck) is one of those.

I'll get my profile updated in the coming days and I now know of a good place to search first when trying to make a well informed purchase. I'll post my first thread tonight about a Conklin MT I just ordered so as to elicit ink feedback/suggestions and any good information you all can share.
