As many of you know, for the past four years I have been heavily involved in the creation and organization of Scriptus, Toronto's Pen & Writing Show. It has been with great pride that I have seen it grow to nearly 100 exhibitors this year, from across the continent, with over 1,000 visitors enjoying the day with us last Sunday.
With Scriptus in such a strong position, it is time for me to move on to other projects. And so it is with mixed feelings that I would like to announce that I am retiring from the Scriptus team, effective immediately. I know that I am leaving it in good hands, and have every confidence that Philip, Lisa, Priscilla, and our army of volunteers will continue to preserve it as the fun, accessible, and exciting show that everyone has come to love.
While I will not be organizing, or continuing to produce and curate the web site, I will certainly still be present at future shows, and will be continuing to work on repairs. So I look forward to seeing everyone at Scriptus 2018, just a year from now!
