In good used condition. There is a bit of ink on the inside of the cap at the bottom that that I have not been able to remove with just water, it might come off with pen flush or an ultrasonic. price has been adjusted to reflect this.

IIRC the Mini's inner cap can be removed via the rubber-band-stretched-across-the tip-of-a chopstick trick (or the eraser end of a wooden pencil [emoji422]️), anyway, something that gives traction on the inside of the inner cap like a thin finger, and allows you to pull it out of the cap.
