A great ink, but I do prefer Apache Sunset. I retract the "3" rating for this ink. It definitely deserves a "5". :)

Great review...

I love this ink. I use it in my Dolce Vita mostly ... looks so cool coming out of that bright orange pen.

I love this color. Others rave over Apache Sunset but I prefer this color.

Thank you so much for putting them right next to each other! I've used both and been curious, but never had both out at the same time. Plus my writing is no where near this nice!

Lovely review.

I just got my sample in. Going to load it in my Monteverde Stealth 1.1.

Ink aside, I just enjoyed looking at your review. It's so pretty. Very methodical too... which I admire since I am not that way.

Hmm, and here I thought my orangy ink phase was over but your review is so lovely I feel myself being drawn back.

Great to see your review posted here.

You are one of my all time favorite ink reviewers.

I particularly love this review -- the vibrant color, the comparisons, the very appealing handwriting. Thanks!

Good review of my favourite and first orange and I like inks with Quarks very much especially if they are strange or charmed.
I had it for a year before Apache Sunset. I find it some how a nobler colour than Apache Sunset although it has less dramatic shading than that. Cayenne is like a darker muddier version of Habanero.

Good to see a sample of Operation Overlord Orange there for comparison, it looks rather watery and lacking oomph - I think I will avoid that one.

Nice calligraphy and interesting blog with a great name.
