What is Your Pens to Ink Bottle Ratio?

How many pens compared to number of bottles of ink do you have.

I notice some pen collectors only have a few colors, while others collect ink colors along with pens. I fall in the latter category.

My ratio of pens to ink bottles is 1.3 to 1


No samples, only bottles. You must be commited to the ink!

I tried to keep them about even but with some recent pen buying splurges I suspect I've a similar ratio to you approx 1.3 to 1.

I have 1 bottle for every 3 pens. I have apps 30 good pens.

18 pens to 68 inks. Plus backup bottles of some favorites.

Not enought fingers & toes to do a proper count but I'd guess 3:1 fountain pens to ink bottles.

Im about even .... so a 1:1 ration for me.

I think it's that way because I usually buy a bottle of ink when i get a pen. Something I think will go good with the pen.

I would guess...around 5:1. I have plenty of ink bottles, though.

Currently .8:1

When I buy new inks, I usually get several bottles at a time - like 3.

pen:ink, around 3:1 - but that might change what with my constantly hanging out here and getting enabled all over the place :bounce:

I'm pretty close to 1:1. I'm reeeeeeeeeeally trying not to buy any more of either. ... For now... hahahaha

hehe :wave: The pen & ink buying are contagious. I shouldn't be on vacation. I have too much to spend reading posts and going window shopping online (which very quickly turns into real shopping).

Right now I have roughly two pens for every ink bottle. I am afraid of escalation, hahaha!!!

I have considered asking IT husband to put the pen equivalent of parental controls on my devices, but we both know I would still find something to buy somewhere. It is SO contagious, I agree.
