This is done on watercolor paper stained with coffee. Inks used are Lamy black and Sheaffer Skrip red.
This is a depiction of a whirling dervish (sufi mystic) made out of the word 'Al Tawafuq' which means coincidences.

KrazyIvan, yes, I have been active on FPN for some time now. Although not as active as FPN, wetcanvas.com also has a nice Calligraphy section.
