I am really a modern pen user, so that is where I will name some pens.
Not sure how the poll works, but I'll do my best to put down something here.
Pens are in price ranges matched to my location, purchased from local shops...

Oh goodness. New pens in 2017:
Lamy aion for the bravery of taking on the iconic Safari and Lamy 2000 and actually managing to bring something along to the party.
Pelikan m400 transparent white for also being daring and removing colour completely from the pen - it's not quite a demonstrator but not far off.#
Platinum 3776 nice lavande and lilas for introducing a new and delicate colourway to the 3776 family.

Out of these only the aion is genuinely 100% new. So that would get my vote for new pens this year. Of course, I may be missing interesting stuff in Japan or Italy...
