This is Aurora Mar Ionio fountain pen with a Medium nib.
I bought it brand-new and filled 2 times. No box or papers, though.
A little bit of tarnishment on the sterling silver parts, but in pristine condition.
*update: I took care of it with polishing cloth from Anderson Pens, and it shines now. :)
