This ink is quite odd. The first time I filled a pen with it, it was light enough of a color to make me think I didn't get all of the water out of the converter. I got a new, dry converter, made sure that the nib and feed were bone dry, and tried again. It was still pretty light.
I stuck with it, and in the end, this ink has grown on me. while I wouldn't use it as a primary ink for course or reading notes, or correspondance, but, I use it for a second or third color for marking up drafts.
