It is eyedropper filled only.
I have replaced the original nib and feed with a Sheaffer feed and a #6 Jinhao medium nib. You can easily replace the nib with any other #6 nib. I will include the original ebonite feed.
It is a very wet writer and would be perfect for a flex nib. The Sheaffer feed does a great job regulating flow.
The color on them is "marbled" which, in my opinion, looks nice.
This is a large pen and comparable to (or slightly larger than) a Montblanc 146 or Pelikan M800.
It is extremely comfortable to hold and the balance is great!
