They changed their website to https://www.scriptusinc.com/
Scriptus is held annually in October at the Toronto Reference Library in downtown Toronto. I assume they will post the 2019 dates when they become available.
It is a fun show! Perhaps, we can get some folks from northern NY to come and visit.

Mike and Linda (Indy-Pen-Dace) are awesome.

Related to that, this year, for the first time we'll have more than one nibmeisters at the show.

It's about time, the slot for nibmeisters usually are filled up the first hour of the show each day.

If you look at the calendars linked above and glean the dates and regions you are interested in, you'll get about as accurate as you can. Alas, information on shows in the midwestern provinces remains rather thin.
