The Pelikan M800 in red stripe was discontinued a couple of years ago and has largely disappeared from the market since then. People hate when anyone calls a pen like this "rare" so I won't do that. I'll simply ask you when was the last time you saw one for sale?
This piece has a two chick nib and cap. The 18K gold nib is an Extra Fine and a writing sample is included with the pictures below. Note that Pelikan has recently announced a $50 extra charge for EF nibs. I do not have the box, though I can supply one from one of my other 800’s if that is important to you. If you like the pen but not the nib, I may be able to offer a switch to a different nib size.
At the LA Show this past weekend I saw a few of these for sale, with prices around $850 and even higher, but you can do much better right here!
