Montegrappa does nib exchange for free through kenro industries. They charge a flat $35 service fee for shipping and handling but the nib exchange itself is free.

I have done a nib exchange before on my Montegrappa Passione and it was a smooth process.

You could also have it ground down to a size you prefer. Or swap the nib for a #6 nib of your choice. This pen uses a standard Jowo #6 feed and housing which can be unscrewed.
