Aurora Optima 365 Azzurra NIB

Hello,

I bought this Aurora Optima 365 Azzurra (18K Rhodium plated Fine) from Dan Smith about 2 weeks ago before I left on a trip, and just got around to opening it today. Unfortunately, some more bills came up so it has to go. This pen was never inked by myself, though I presume Dan inked it to tune before he shipped it out.
If you are unfamiliar with the model, it is a flat top, piston filler, ebonite feed, removable nib unit (unthreads), and of course the gorgeous auroloid material.

This pen was purchased for $615 (636.34 after shipping) from Dan Smith and being that it was never inked, I am selling it for $600 shipped to CONUS only.

Did you ask Dan to tune anything specific (e.g. flow, smoothness)? Or just to make sure it writes as intended?

I asked for it to be a wet writer with smoothness similar to a dull pencil. Not sure how it actually turned out but Dan does great work so I assume it is as I asked.
