SOLD in the US. New diaphragm, clean pen. Very small nick in the cap edge, not a crack. Some brassing. Fills strong and excellent writer.
The clip spins as is common on these. I tried removing the jewel to tighten it down but as the stem and threads on jewels are weak on these pens, it’s best not to force it and risk breaking, so I left well enough alone.
