Pens from the 80's

Showcase your pens from the 80's or early 90's.

This time period is far enough in the past yet recent enough that there should be some of you here who bought a pen brand new back then, and still using it until today.

Here's one for starters:

A Platinum "22" from when high gold carat was the trend.

NOTE: This thread is to spur discussions and show and tell, no need to be rigorously picky about whether a pen is really from the 80's or late 70's. What's a decade or two between friends, eh? :)

Another pen from the 80's called DRAFTECH. How do I know this?
Because the cap band says West Germany which puts the pen's production to somewhere before or slightly after 1989.

This was of course a stylograph pen along the same vein as Koh-I-Noor, Rotring or Staedler, but the rest of the pen is a fully working piston filler. And of course, being a fountain pen guy, I picked one of my spare Esterbrook nib unit, unscrew the stylo tip, and the Esterbrook nib collar fits!

I've been writing and drawing with this pen for a few days, no signs of leaking, the ink is visible from the nice blue ink window, and it's actually a lot of fun to sketch with.

Something similar — an 80s (I think) Koh-i-noor Rapidograph with a 60s (probably) Esterbrook 9668. An enjoyable configuration.

I had about a dozen Stypen Creeks pens from the 80s...colorful, cheap little writers, and one was the first pen I turned into an italic, using nail clippers. ;)

I'm down to two, I think.

I’ve seen Blade Runner maybe half a dozen times in various versions since it came out and never noticed a thing. Then I was refreshing my memory before going to see the sequel and there it was. Obviously I’m more attuned to fountain pens these days. There’s no mistaking that clip. :)

Waterman made a small run of latter-day ringtops in the late 80s, using a stock of vintage Galalith, called Lady Elsa. I've got four of them, and they're great-looking pens - if with mediocre nibs.

IIRC I got this Waterman Gentleman Sterling silver in the late 70s or early 80s.
