Vintage N.O.S. Ebonite Eye Dropper from India ca. 1960's
Brand: PRATAP " Major "
Signed on the cap: PRATAP V Pen Co. MAJOR,
on the barrel: Pratap Hi Vishwakarma Pen Co. Godhra (India).
Country: India ( Godhra Gujarat )
Date: 1960's
Material: Brown and black mottled (woodgrain pattern) ebonite.
Top & clip: Brass (partly gold plated)
Nib: GP Steel "F" signed Pratap - V - Pen Co. - Tipped
Filling System: None, eye dropper fills directly in the barrel.
Condition: New Old Stock, never used.
The finish was rough, I polished the parts, but some scratches and tool marks are still visible. See Pictures.
Measurements: Length capped 134mm, w/o cap 118mm, posted 157mm, diam. over the cap 12,3mm
