Made in USA 1945.
Fully working with a fine nib.

Excellent condition.
Minor scratches on section (very tiny and cannot see easily or feel by hand).
Writes a smooth fine line.

The nib is supposed to have some flex but to be honest it's not very springy.
But you do get some line variation.
