Frustrated that it is not easy to find a Nakaya posted on this board at pre-owned prices? I understand - the one I posted yesterday sold in 15 minutes. For those who missed it, here's another chance. This is a terrific Nakaya Neo Standard Writer in Heki Tamenuri ready for your writing and collecting pleasure.
One of Neo Standard's defining features is an elongated and nicely tapered section that makes the pen super comfortable for almost any grip. Heki Tamenuri is a gorgeous chocolate brown with green showing through. The clip is Ruthenium and the 14K gold nib is either Ruthenium or Rhodium plated.
The 14K gold nib is a Broad ground to Stub by John Mottishaw and writes beautifully. A writing sample is posted below.
The pen has been only lightly used. The converter is included, but I do not have the box. If purchased from nibs.com, the price with the clip and nib upgrades would be $765 but you can buy this lightly used piece for a lot less.
$650 plus $14 shipping within US
Shipment outside US may be available at cost. Please inquire.
