For your consideration is a Pineider Egosphere fountain pen in what's called Makassar color. This is a standard sized, cigar shaped pen with a 18k #5 nib. The nib is very juicy, smooth and pleasant, a little bit on the broad side. Definitely one of the better writing Italian pens I have tried. The main design feature I believe is the clip, which is almost half circle shaped. The screw cap is also well designed with just a very thin stripe of threads on the barrel. Interesting material and complete with all box and papers.

The MSRP on this thing is pretty much along the same line as other Italian pens with a gold nib. I'm asking only $190, Reduced to $180 shipped USCON and I think this is a very good price because the basic steel nibbed Pineiders retail for well above $200. If you want to try out a Pineider , this is a good chance. :) Reasonable offers are welcome.
