For your consideration is this Eagle 1004 wood pen holder, one pen stand (3d printed with brass cross member) and the following new nibs: (2) #048 Falcon semi flex, (1) #442 Jackson Stub, and (2) #942 Radio. That should get you started.

All three offer line variation. The famous #048 Falcon was a very popular nib and I can see why. It flexes enough to offer some line variation but is easy to use and has good ink capacity making it quite practical. You may be surprised by how smoothly it writes. The #442 Jackson Stub is an oblique nib that writes very wet and likes larger writing. The #942 Radio is an italic that writes slightly wetter than the Falcon but is good for normal writing size.

Side note: When you're ready to try more flex I suggest the nib sampler from John Neal Bookseller (not affiliated), at least that is what I did.
