Waterman Hundred year pen. Black

This is a second year pen. It has 3 gold bands on the barrel
The lever is in excellent condition
New sac as of Sept 2018
Brassing on the clip lower edge and the 2 smaller rings

The logo is visable on the cap but is worn
Normal micro scratches to body and hardware

The nib is a bit on the dry side. It is extra fine

No chips, no large scratches, no bit marks

Shipping to CONUS $5, anywhere else just ask

This is probably a dumb question, but I'm not experienced enough with these pens to tell: is the material Lucite or celluloid?

I think that it is lucite, but I'm not an expert.

Thanks! The pictures look more Lucite-ish to me too, but I'm even less of an expert.

I read that Waterman used lucite initially but with WWII, lucite was a stratigic material so they switched to another plastic.

I looked in 2 pen books for an answer. Found pictures and no mention of materials
