JetPens will probably stock them. You can also try Dromgoole's in Houston. I understand they will be getting Hobonichis. Otherwise, there's the Japanese site and a goodly number of sellers on Etsy (though maybe not for the 2018 Avec).

There is a late 2018 Avec on eBay but they want too much. Same with Etsy. I figured to ask here if someone had one they didn’t end up using. If nothing shows up I will buy nexts years in the fall.
