Well, to be honest, I wasn't expecting you would buy one for me. Still, it's a nice thought.

For the record, I am not buying anyone pens either.

If you want pens, buy them yourself.

And no, I will not buy you ink or paper either.

How do you manage to only get ink on one hand?

I think I get what she is saying. She doesn't have ink on her writing hand, so all is well. She is OK with having ink on her other hand.

On the other had, if her other hand is the writing hand, then I am not so sure. At least it is not underhanded. That would be wrong.

Don't overthink it. It was just an offhand remark.

I will take that as a backhanded complement, but I really should check the handbook.

I am just trying to be evenhanded and understand the situation at hand. If all the information is on-hand, we won't be shorthanded.

Come on OP, don't leave us handcuffed.

That's easy. I do it all the time. I get ink in places you'd never think it would end up. Just ask my wife.

I spoke too soon. I've bought several pens after posting this. I love pens way too much not to buy them.
