No brassing or scratches. There are some light marks on the pen, probably from drawer storage, but very fine. The nib is a two-tone palladium silver waverley style nib that writes a nice xf line. There is some spring to the nib taking it up to a medium. This isn't really a semi-flex, but I would safely say it's got some spring to it. Touchdown filler.
