The view from Combe Gibbet (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Combe_Gibbet) looking south-east, the nearby village of Inkpen (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Inkpen) is to the north, and Walbury Hill (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Walbury_Hill) is just to the east.

How beautiful! I feel sure that there's a novel in the story of Combe Gibbet.

'twas the first time I'd really stopped in the area, though I had driven between Highclere and Winchester once before - it truly is a very picturesque area.

...the nearby village of Inkpen....
Suitably, one of its two pubs is The Swan:

There are a couple of roads - in particular 'Bell Lane' between Combe Gibbet and Inkpen, and between Ashmansworth and Netherton thru Faccombe - which would make immensely challenging and visually rewarding sections on a road rally! ;)

Panorama is San Francisco taken from a ferry from Vallejo to the City. The second is the Golden Gate Bridge from the north end of the bridge.
