Occasionally one hears of sellers who are difficult about a pen they've sold, so I'd just like to say that some can be brilliant I bought a nice golden brown Vacumatic at the London Show, and was very disappointed ( having failed to test it at the show) to find that it didn't fill.
I contacted Francis Katz of Inkwell Pens (www.inkwell-pens.com) and got a reply in less that 15 minutes offering a full refund and an offer to keep the pen. The refund is in my account today, and the pen will go back tomorrow.
That really is excellent service, and I think that deserves a wider audience.
