Armondo Simoni designed a watch in the 1930's. Due to the war it was never produced. In the late 1990's Omas found Simoni's original drawings and details; they commissioned master watchmaker Armin Strom to produce these watches following Simoni's plans.

Silver on rhodium case, Guilloche dial, twelve sapphires, Omas nib hands, Sapphire crystal.
Certified Chronometer. 35mm w/o crown, 43mm with lugs. Comes in its original leather case with box and papers.
In excellent condition, runs well. Slight scratching and a strap hole are the only signs of use. Worn only a few times.

Originally in gold and silver. Omas planned to make 250, but fewer than 100 were made, probably closer to 50.
These were about $10,000 new in 1997.
I'll take $3000 including insured USA shipping

Rare piece of Omas history with direct ties to Armondo Simoni. The item to complete an Omas collection.

The Blue Extra Lucens is not for sale separately, but I will include it for $3500 total.
It's got a rare BB nib.
