I know this is a long shot, but does anybody have an 18k nib unit for a Montblanc 146 in fine that they would be willing to sell?

Try checking in with PeytonStreetPens. They have some MB 146 18k nib units for sale NOS. I only see medium, broad, and OM, but might be worth an email to inquire about a fine.
