If you intend to make a purchase, please read "Rules, Shipping, Etc." at the bottom of this post.

#1. circa 1936 Parker Vacumatic Oversize fountain pen in silver pearl. The barrel imprint only struck the first number in the date code and I did not remove the nib from the section, I just cleaned in water, so I don't know the exact year the pen was made. I suspect it was made about '36. The clip has some wear around the edges and the shaft on the arrow has some little flakes of plating missing. The tassi ring on the blind cap has some typical brassing on the outer raised edge and the blind cap has some teeth marks that are not too obvious. The lock down filler unit will not lock down, even after I replaced the diaphragm it will not lock down, and I am not certain why. The pen fills well, you just have to replace the blind cap while holding the pen over your ink bottle. The barrel clarity is exceptional for a 30's Vac. The two tone nib does not have any plating loss that I can see. It is a very smooth writing fat Fine or Medium 14K. Capped the pen measures 5 5/16 inches or 13.6 cm.

2. c. 1929 Parker Duofold "Deluxe" Senior in Moderne Black and Pearl. There is no plating wear. The barrel discoloration is mild compared to many black and white Duofolds that I have seen. I would say the barrel is much better than average. There is one small patch of discoloration on the backside of the cap. The nib is a smooth writing Fine 14K. Capped the pen measures 5 1/8 inches or 13 cm. The overall condition is Excellent. Oh! And you get the original box! The box has patents printed on the bottom for various names like Duofold and Lucky curve. The box is in very nice condition. I have the matching mechanical pencil for this pen, if you are interested, please let me know.

3. Edward Todd Co. sterling silver, telescoping ruler pencil. I am not sure "E.T. Co." how long these sterling ruler pencils were made. While doing a small amount of research, I discovered this one is an earlier version. The nozzle is a different style than later ones. Also, the numbers are hand engraved on it and the later ones had stamped numbers. There is a repair on the backside, near the top. The pencil telescopes to 12 inches. collapsed, with lead retracted it measures 5 3/16 inches or 13.1 cm. It is marked Sterling, with the E.T. logo and PAT. JAN Y. 19, 1897. The mechanism is working well and smooth. The lead size is .75 inch or 1.85 mm. It has one very slight, very shallow bump mark on one of the flat surfaces. I have only had one of these before and it had to have been twenty some years ago. My pencil guru told me this pencil is worth at least $200.00, but I am pricing this one at:

4. Interesting green and cream colored golf pencil. It could have been made by J. Harris, i.e. Majestic/Congress/Ambassador, but the quality of workmanship and the gold filled parts seems a bit better than those brands. I compared it to a Sheaffer's golf pencil and it is a bit longer and larger in diameter than the Sheaffer's. The Sheaffer's is also available, but I am not posting it on this sales list. The pencil's mechanism is working well. The length is about 3 inches or 7.7 cm. The condition is Excellent.

5. circa 1932 Eversharp Doric pencil in "Morocco Pearl" (burgundy). This one is a "gold seal" soldier clip roller clip model. It is a standard size, but the soldier clip Dorics were a bit shorter than the other standard model, which has a longer cap and more plastic above the clip. I think the soldier clip model is a bit harder to find, at least in my experience. The clip has three initials engraved, in a sort of pointy Art Deco style, which appear to be "G R S". There is a slight gap between the cap and the barrel. The pencil does not appear to have had much use. There is no brassing on the gold filled trim, which is kind of unusual, because there is nearly always brassing on the vertical edges of the cap bands on Doric pens and pencils. The mechanism is working well. The length is 5 1/8 inches or 13.2 cm.

Rules, Shipping, Etc.

The usual rules apply, the person sending the first e-mail on an item
~stating intent to purchase~ gets the item. I will give you 5 days to
decide if you like the pen or not. I prefer payment by PayPal but also
accept checks or money orders in USD. I can only accept payment by
PayPal from countries outside the U.S. I ship worldwide, so
international customers are always welcome.

Prices are post paid in the U.S., and will be shipped with a tracking
number and insurance. I normally ship inside the U.S. by U.S.
Postal Service Priority Mail. I also ship to other countries by Priority
Mail which is about $34.00 USD and up to most countries, except Canada,
which is less. I can also ship to other countries by Express International Mail,
if you request it, but it is costly.

Return Policy: I will always allow pens, or other items, to be
returned. If there is a problem I would prefer the chance to fix the problem
or replace the item, when and if possible. Otherwise a full refund

(pen, mechanical pencil, etc.) to someone else to be corrected, I will
not be responsible for any other problems.

Happy penning!
