Hello all,

I'm one of the partners of The Pen Company here in Hitchin, Hertfordshire, England.

I'm looking forward to help share some pen knowledge on this super online resource.

Keep up the good work FPGeek - if I can be of any assistance please get in touch.

Welcome James!

What's your favourite at the moment or do you covet one in the shop, would it be unprofessional to pick one?:)

Welcome welcome! Hello James,

I've been to Hitchin several times as my parents have friends who have an "egg farm" out there. Happy to know that there's a pen place there for the next time I'm in the area.

Thanks all, for the warm welcome! And in answer to the Gylo's question below:

Welcome James!

I think everyone is allowed a favourite - but it's hard to choose! I suppose the brands I'm a fan of are: Sailor (great nibs and good value in my opinion), Delta (beautifully made Italian pens) and Graf von Faber-Castell (solid German design and engineering!) but there are so many more I could just keep going on and on!
