Brand new, got it but the section doesn't fit where I like to hold my pens. Mix of acrylic (the orange) with ebonite (the black finial and section). 3 in 1 filler (cartridge, converter or eyedropper). $55 shipped in USA including the decorative pen pouch that matches. TWSBI for comparison only.
