Greetings from beautiful downtown Kingman, Arizona! Some of you may know me from other places, as we move around frequently for my husband's work. We most recently relocated from Colorado, where I was fortunate to be a part of the Colorado Pen Posse! I'm so excited that you are all keeping the Posse going! :)

I have enjoyed using fountain pens since I was in grade school, starting with the Sheaffer cartridge pen. My fingers were most often stained Peacock Blue. Quite often, they are still stained with a turquoise, along with just about any other color.

Jane :)

Hi, Jane!
We miss you in Colorado! But an email to the list is all it took to get folks moving on our next meeting!
Hope you find another Posse in AZ!

Welcome!

You will find the folks here at this site are really friendly, fun, and a great bunch of people!

My wife and I have been to Kingman Arizona a few times, and we love the upstairs museum in town, and there is this really nice Mexican restaurant as well we go to lunch at!

If there is something I can do for you, please let me know!

Hiya Jane-K and welcome to the FPG forum.

Turquoise, cyan, aqua, aquamarine, sky blue are all nice colours. Feel free to recommend or list your favourites inks.

Kingman? As in the Kingman mine? Cool! My first good piece of turquoise was from Kingman, many, many, many years ago. My mother always used Peacock Blue in her Sheaffer. You could always tell from a mile away which permission slip on the teacher's desk was hers. Welcome!
