For sale is a like new condition and very beautiful Omas Gentleman Seaman fountain pen.
I am the original owner of this pen, purchased new. It’s a big bold pen that will not fit in a shirt pocket. But if you want an impressive large pen that makes a statement this is it. The pen is spectacular to see and hold in person. Stunning presentation of the US flag.
Hand painted enamel the pen is solid sterling silver, measures just under 5 3/4 inches and weighs in at a hefty 116grams (4.1oz) on my scale.
Fitted with an 18k medium nib. Piston filling system. Limited edition of 779 pens in sterling silver.
I have used the pen a couple of times but it presents as new. Piston knob operates smoothly and precisely.

This stunning Omas Limited Edition Solid Sterling fountain pen is dedicated to John Paul Jones, founder of the United States Navy. The fountain pen has the shape of a telescope and the clip is shaped like the bow of a sailing vessel. There are two scenes on the pen. They are both done in enamel and solid sterling, both recall two significant moments in the life of Commander Jones. On the cap there is a stunning enamel US flag and his figure in silver relief along with two assistants next to him. The picture on the pen barrel depicts two ships, also in relief clashing at Scarborough.
