I saw this listing on ebay UK (http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Parker-Fountain-Pen-Black-14k-Gold-Nib-Made-in-England/303044364021) and decided to watch and see how high it goes. I can't help but wonder whether the barrel and cap are authentic or not, but the few letters I can see on the section band don't look right.... My vote is they are not authentic.

One thing is for sure: Parker didn't make this pen in England. They only made the nib.

Has anyone seen a frankenpen like this before? :)

The pen itself has some (but not all) characteristics of the Montblanc Bohéme Rouge:

My guess is that it is a counterfeit copy of the Montblanc pen with an authentic 1950s Parker Duofold nib.

Yes, sorry, when I referred to authenticity, I meant the potentially fake Montblanc Bohème not the Parker nib. ;) I didn't make that 100% clear and maybe I wrongly assumed that many members would instantly recognise the other parts as a potentially fake Montblanc Bohème. :( Weirdly, the letters that can just about be seen on the centre band don't seem to form part of the words Montblanc or Bohème.
