What is the approximate diameter of the section/grip of these pens? As it's where most contact takes place, I find this measurement very important.

They vary from 14mm to 20mm. Best visit his link and download the catalog.

I only see the cap and the barrel diameters.

Thank you for the interesting information, I will add this information to description in the future
My pens of STANDARD Size have a cap thread of 14 mm and the section diamter is 12.50 mm
The MEDIUM size pens have 15 mm cap thread and the sections are 13.50 mm
